    Like the list, but you could round it up to 10 with:

    8. Don’t expect them to wear a silly uniform.
    9. Expect to pay a good salary.
    10. Engage with them- if you don’t they won’t

    Don’t forget to offer them $100,000 salaries, 20 hour work weeks, 4 weeks paid vacation, no accountability, free housing, and all medical bills paid. It’s the same entitlement generation that voted for “change.”
