The goals for the half-day session include introducing the BROWN BAG RECRUITER program and concepts plus practical training and an interactive workshop.Lead by AMITAI GIVERTZ, the topics covered will include:

  1. Developing and using job, performance and candidate profiles to create sourcing strategies that cost little or no money.
  2. Using the internet to source passive candidates using search engines, social networks and other sources.
  3. Managing hiring managers’ expectations and participation.
  4. Leading the recruitment process from intake forward with a systematic approach to problem for solving and effective communication.
