<title>From Applicant Tracking to Recruiting with Twitter: Google has you covered&#8230;</title>
<description>Recruiters who use an applicant tracking system rarely like what they have to deal with. For those recruiters who have no system, picking one from the over 200 or so available can be a hit or miss affair.

There are no-one-size-fits-all solutions. But there is something that can come pretty close, if you are prepared to suspend your disbelief.

The fact that Google's various products and services can be configured to perform the functions of a sophisticated recruiting platform, without the learning curve, implementation problems and attendant costs, is one of recruiting's best kept secrets.

Did you know?

You don't need to know advance search techniques to surface active and passive candidates using Google Search
Google searches can be run once to produce daily results delivered to your inbox without having to do anything more that set the search up
Resume documents can be extracted from your search results and uploaded to your database along with bulk uploading of existing files from your desktop
Gmail can be turned into a searchable resume database that populates itself automically with new resumes every day
Google can be used to support a fully functioning applicant tracking system that can improve personal productivity, workflow and efficiencies
Google supports feature-rich recruiting sites that can serve as a candidate portal, including live chat, self-service scheduling, etc.
None of this costs a penny to set-up or maintain -- no contracts, no hassles

Google-enabled Recruiting: Playing the Unfair Advantage [1]

This 90-minute workshop is packed with practical lessons that can be applied immediately after the workshop to produce candidate flow and shows you how to manage all of that using Google's products and services.  There are tons of extras included including video tutorials, cheat sheets and step-by-step guides.

<title>Become a Search Wizard: A Complete Guide to Online Sourcing for Recruiters</title>
<description>A lot of recruiters try and cut corners searching online for candidates and leads. A few might succeed "winging it," but most end up in the wrong places looking for something that was never there. Eventually they settle for mediocrity rather than experience the repeated disappointment and frustration of producing poor results.

It doesn't have to be that way.

Become a Search Wizard: A Complete Guide to Online Sourcing for Recruiters [1]

This series of four workshops provides a step-by-step guide to fast-track your progress as an Internet recruiter. You can select which of the 40-minute sessions you want and come back later if you want more.

Everything is covered from search basics through building your own custom search engines, to automating your searches, searching the “invisible web,” and sourcing on social networks like LinkedIn, Twitter and others.

Workshops are priced at $45.00 each, $95.00 for all session access. Each session is delivered so that you can immediately apply what you’ve just learned to produce candidates and leads otherwise beyond reach. The entire program will accelerate your getting to “Search Wizard” levels in less time than you might think possible.
