I thought that Ami’s presentation was wonderfully done. I learned so much during those four hours that I can take with me wherever I work.
I had the privilege to attend the brown bag kick off meeting on April 17. I went not knowing if this would be beneficial or as happens, a lot of talk and not action. I was refreshingly surprised with the content and the discussions. Too often, we become engrossed in the way it has always been done or in the procedures; however Amitai reminded us that we need to stretch these areas to succeed. I look forward to continuing with the program and what the next sessions have to offer.

What a great idea and presentation. Love the Binder and Ami, I think you have a home run idea that will help many recruiters to achieve even greater success. The content and discussions were informative and reminders of what recruiting is all about.
