This full-day interactive workshop and clinic will cover the following:

Part One: The Building Blocks of Sourcing Strategy

The objective is to share a systematic approach for:

Bridging the divide between “who” and “where” and “how”
Evaluating various strategies and selecting the best ones
Creating and presenting your sourcing plan
Getting consensus, buy-in and budget

Part Two: Delivering a No Cost/Low Cost Sourcing Plan

The objective is to cover the basics for:

Finding candidates, resumes and leads using search engines like Google
Developing competitive intelligence to develop alternate sourcing channels
Posting and advertising your jobs for little or no cost
Telephone names sourcing and identifying truly hidden talent
Mining your desktop for qualified candidates

Part Three: Sourcing Clinic

In this shirt-sleeves session we will apply various techniques and the lessons learned for sourcing candidates online. The aim is to produce actionable leads, qualified resumes or specific follow-up assignments for your toughest-to-fill positions. You should be returning to your desk primed and ready to go!
